SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 3 business days (usually 2 business days) of you placing the order using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fastest available service.
The typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 7 business days after dispatching the order and if the destination is within the lower 48 states in the US. And 5 to 25 business days if it is outside of the USA.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as natural events (storms, hurricanes, etc.), customs, or postal delays.
We do ship to Canada. Please contact us through our email at sales@marineinflux.com before placing your order for Canada orders.*All taxes and fees imposed by the purchaser's country are the responsibility of the purchaser, as the Country any product we export to, imposes them. Marine Influx nor its company in charge, Chiva Shop LLC, is responsible for quoting each individual country's tariffs and duties.
Therefore, you may expect to pay additional charges (Tariff and taxes) when you receive your order or even in order to receive your order.
